As a church, a city, and a nation, we've all been affected by the recent COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent health and economic crisis. Here at Epiphany we have been doing our best to stay updated on all state and city regulations while doing the best to care for our congregation. With that said, we have been and will be prayerful and diligent in all decisions moving forward, especially with how we decide to conduct community. 

Thankfully, the church is a group of people and not just a building - our small groups have transformed into video conference calls, we will continue to provide consistent updates and check-ins across social media, and we've been able to move our Sunday gatherings online! COVID-19 Hardship Support

We understand that the recent weeks and months have brought about many unexpected hardships. As a church family, we truly desire for one another to be loved and cared for, and sometimes this results in the ability to meet tangible needs of those who require assistance. 

“There was not a needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold and laid it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to each as any had need.”

‭‭Acts‬ ‭4:34-35‬ 

Please fill out the following questions to the best of your ability so we can do our best to assess your needs and help in whatever way possible. Although we will be doing our best to serve those affected by the city's health crisis and economic impact, there is the possibility that we won't be able to help everyone we'd like to. We hope that you'll understand that in case we are unable to personally meet your particular need, we will still do our best to point you towards any available resources that are out there. 

Note: In order to properly account for funding, we must ask for bills or a proof of expenses for everyone approved to receive support. Upon submitting your application, please send any relevant documents to info@epiphanybk.com (these should at least add up to the total amount requested). 

Applications will be reviewed Monday-Thursday and you will hear back from us as soon as possible.
